With a whispering intensity for lyricism bound to simple yet robust musicality, Stefan Melbourne is already becoming a well-known name in the Manchester music scene. Drawing on the emotionally expressive sounds of Nick Drake and Tim Buckley, Melbourne is no stranger to urban poetry and lyrics of raw emotion, and has caught the limelight through his composite style that aligns itself with both indie-folk and country blues.

Skedaddle
Huddersfield Skiffle trio Skeaddle return to wow us with their quirky brand of Gypsy Jazz and amusingly titled compositions. The group consists of melody-maker Josh Blinkhorn who writes with the thoughtfulness and witty cunning that you might expect from a guy who spends most of his time playing chess! Rhythm guitarist Noah Burton with the swing and groove that you would expect from somebody whose first instrument is drum kit! And bass man Joe Tordoff who's precision timing is sponsored by accurist and knowledge of the low frequencies is 2nd only to the late Barry White!
Cara Mellor
A talented keys player and sumptuous vocalist, Cara makes her debut at Acoustic Revolutionaries.
